Buy, Design/Flip, Sell Project - This move-in ready home was fully renovated. Almost every part of this rare 4 bedroom home, in University Hills, was touched! Check out this gorgeous home in Belterra. I worked with the client's realtor, Lisa Little to modernize this home, by selecting new paint for the exterior steps and throughtout the interior. I also selected new light fixtures for the entry, dining and breakfast area. Before it was dark and dated, now it looks like a new home! With the help of Bella Casa Staging we were able to use a mix of existing and new furniture to get it ready for market!

Take a look inside the colorful and lively office of an energy worker. Inspiration was drawn from her daughter's art. During her first experience with energy work she saw beautiful, bright colors and she wanted her office to reflect that. A space made for finding peace and natural energy!
